AGMP’s January Blues Festival lands at 229 in London on 16 January 2026 with Nine Below Zero bringing their hardened blues rock and mod revival sound to the stage. Formed in 1977 and long associated with high-energy British rhythm and blues, the band draw on decades of material, including releases like the album “Avalanche” and earlier favourites such as “Ain’t Comin’ Back” and “Ballad Of Dombóvàr”. Support comes from Mickey 'Stix' Burkey and multimedia artist Peter Clark, adding a visual and sonic twist to the bill and framing Nine Below Zero’s headlining performance in a distinct setting.
