16 January 2026 is the series’ most extreme night as Polish band Vader bring death metal and thrash metal to King Tut's New Year's Revolution at King Tut's Wah Wah Hut. Active since 1983, Vader arrive with a catalogue that takes in "Solitude in Madness", "The Empire" and "Welcome to the Morbid Reich", plus tracks such as "Angels of Steel" and "An Act of Darkness". Their appearance anchors the run’s metal credentials, complementing the heavy psych of High Priestess earlier in the month and pushing the volume and intensity up several notches.
