Neighbourhood Weekender opens at Victoria Park on 23 May 2026 with Richard Ashcroft headlining an alternative rock-rooted line-up. Kaiser Chiefs bring their mix of indie rock, britpop and dance-pop in a key support slot, alongside fellow indie specialists The K’s. Electronic artist Example adds a club-informed edge, while Sophie Ellis-bextor and Alessi Brothers introduce contrasting strands of pop and pop rock. Cast lean into britpop, indie rock and jangle pop, with Cassia and Brooke Combe extending the indie and singer-songwriter thread. Further down the bill, Arkayla, India, The Cheap Thrills, Fluir and Fiona Lee broaden the rock, Latin, garage and songwriter textures across the day.
