Deacon Blue headline THE PIECE HALL on 9 July 2026, bringing their blend of alternative rock, dream pop, indie rock and pop to the historic Halifax courtyard. The show follows the band’s recent activity around releases such as “Peace Will Come” and the live set “The Great Western Road Trip”, giving plenty of scope for a catalogue-spanning performance. Joining them are The Lightning Seeds, whose alternative rock, britpop, electronic and indie pop catalogue adds a melodic, chart-shaded slant to the bill. Together they shape a guitar-led night that connects late-80s and 90s-rooted songwriting with a contemporary live production scale.
