Sleep Theory roll into Academy 3 on 9 February 2026, following their Oran Mor opener with another hit of alternative metal, hard rock and nu metal, joined again by The Friendly Wild. The band’s set is built around recent work such as “Afterglow” alongside earlier tracks from “Paper Hearts”, balancing heavier passages with hook-led choruses. Sitting mid-run between Glasgow and Birmingham, this Manchester show captures the tour in full stride. With The Friendly Wild opening, Academy 3 becomes a showcase for contemporary guitar-driven rock rooted in muscular riffs and tight songwriting.
