On 16 May 2026, Desertfest’s Roundhouse run continues with Green Lung again at the top of the bill, drawing together doom metal, grunge, hard rock and heavy metal. The Sword return with their blend of alternative metal, doom metal and stoner metal, locking in tightly with Green Lung’s heaviness. Earthless push further into instrumental psychedelic rock and stoner rock, contrasting with Truckfighters’ desert rock, stoner rock and heavy metal churn. Capricorns round out the line-up with their instrumental doom metal, math rock and progressive metal approach, making this mid-run show a dense collision of heavy styles.
