Ripcord Fest 2 lands at Nice n' Sleazy in Glasgow on 10 October 2026 with a tightly focused heavy bill. Mastiff headline with their raw collision of doom-weighted sludge and hardcore, drawing on a catalogue that runs from “Wrank” and “Plague” through to “Deprecipice”. They are joined by Cambridge outfit The Grey, whose instrumental approach threads dark ambient mood, doom metal heft and post-rock dynamics into slow-burning soundscapes. Together they push into the more extreme and atmospheric ends of heavy music, making this show a concentrated hit of downtuned riffs, texture and volume in an intimate basement setting.
