The Bluetones bring their blend of alternative rock, britpop, indie pop and indie rock to Corn Exchange in Newport on 25 October 2026. Formed in 1993, the band draw on a long back catalogue alongside more recent work including the "Drive Thru EP" and "In the Cut EP", with the "London Weekend Television EP" following in 2025. This Newport gig offers a chance to hear how their melodic guitar lines and reflective songwriting have developed across those releases, in a venue well suited to their jangling riffs and tight rhythms.
