Genesis Owusu brings his alternative hip hop and alternative R&B sound to O2 Institute2 in Birmingham on 29 November 2026. Drawing on the Ghanaian-Australian artist’s genre-blurring style, the gig is built around sharp lyricism, funk-inflected rhythms and inventive production. Tracks such as “Tied Up!”, “Leaving the Light” and “GTFO” hint at the mix of intensity and groove that defines his live sets. The show lands after the release of his 2023 album “STRUGGLER” and ahead of “REDSTAR WU & THE WORLDWIDE SCOURGE”, giving Birmingham fans a timely snapshot of his evolving catalogue.
