Young Knives bring their idiosyncratic blend of art punk, art rock, electronic touches and experimental rock to Old Fire Station in Carlisle on 19 November 2026. With a catalogue that spans releases such as "Barbarians" and the album "Landfill", they draw on an extensive body of sharp, restless songwriting for their live set. Support comes from Hot Face, whose recent singles "Dura Dura", "17 Day Migraine" and "Pink Liquor" mark them out as a band pushing into urgent, inventive territory. Together they make a tightly focused bill for listeners drawn to cutting, off-kilter guitar music with a leftfield edge.
