The Long Ryders bring their alternative country and Paisley Underground sound to The Old Woollen in Leeds on 10 October 2026. Emerging from Los Angeles in the early 80s, the band fuse roots-rock, country and psychedelic touches, drawing from albums like “Psychedelic Country Soul” and their 2023 release “September November”. With newer material such as “Four Winters Away” alongside songs from across their catalogue, this Leeds gig offers a rare chance to hear their blend of twanging guitars and paisley-tinged atmospherics in an intimate room, with a set built from decades of Americana-influenced writing.
