The Long Ryders bring their alternative country and paisley underground sound to Brewery Arts in Kendal on 8 October 2026. Emerging from Los Angeles in the early 1980s, the band fuse roots rock, twang and psychedelic touches with the energy of punk and classic Americana songwriting. Their recent album "September November" continues a run that includes "Psychedelic Country Soul" and the collection "Final Wild Songs", alongside key tracks such as "10-5-60" and "A Stitch in Time". This Kendal show offers a chance to hear their genre-blurring take on Americana in an intimate arts venue setting.
