The Mountain Goats bring their folk rock, indie folk and indie rock songwriting to Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow on 19 October 2026. Led by John Darnielle, the group arrive with material spanning albums like "Dark in Here", "Getting Into Knives" and "Goths", ahead of the release of "Days" in August 2026. Expect incisive storytelling delivered with their trademark mix of full-band dynamics and lo-fi roots. Opening the show, Craig Finn & The Band Of Forgiveness add their own narrative-driven songs, setting up a bill focused on detailed, lyrically rich rock and folk across the evening.
