Chris Difford brings his celebrated songwriting to 1865 in Southampton on 5 June 2027 for a one-off headline gig. Known for his incisive lyrics, solo work and co-founding Squeeze, Difford appears here away from the larger halls where he has recently supported Elvis Costello & The Imposters and joined the bill with Roger Daltrey at the Royal Albert Hall. This show gives Southampton fans a chance to hear material from solo albums such as "Pants", "Let’s Be Combe Avenue (Demos, 1972)" and "Cashmere If You Can" in a more intimate setting, with Difford centre stage throughout the performance.
