Beans On Toast brings his modern folk songwriting to Bear Cave in Bournemouth on 9 December 2026. Performing solo under the long-running moniker of Jay McAllister, he draws from recent albums such as “Wild Goose Chasers”, “The Toothpaste and the Tube” and “The Fascinating Adventures of Little Bee”, with the same unvarnished storytelling and sharp observational lyrics that have defined his catalogue. The gig continues a schedule of UK dates that has included The Brook in Southampton, Docks Academy in Grimsby and The Trades Club in Hebden Bridge, giving Bournemouth fans a chance to hear his communal, story-led folk live in an intimate setting.
