Colosseum bring their long-running fusion of jazz rock and progressive rock to The Old Woollen in Leeds on 22 November 2026. Formed in 1968, the British group are known for intricate arrangements, improvisational sections and a catalogue that ranges from early recordings collected on “Elegy: The Recordings: 1968–1971” through to recent work like “Restoration”. With new material surrounding their album “XI” in the frame, this Leeds show focuses on the band’s blend of complex rhythms, extended instrumental passages and rock dynamics in an intimate room that suits their detailed, exploratory sound.
