Gong bring their long-running blend of Canterbury scene experimentation, jazz rock and expansive progressive and psychedelic rock to Hertford Corn Exchange on 16 July 2026. With a catalogue that runs from early space-rock explorations through to recent releases like “Unending Ascending” and “The Universe Also Collapses”, the band have plenty of material for a deep, exploratory set. Their current live shows lean into extended, cosmic grooves and shifting song structures, drawing links between their classic work and newer pieces. For Hertford, expect Gong to stretch out across their jazz rock and psychedelic sides in an intimate venue setting.
