Discharge bring their abrasive mix of d-beat, hardcore punk and metal to The Cluny in Newcastle upon Tyne on 16 October 2026. Originating in the late 1970s UK hardcore scene, the band’s sound links the raw urgency of punk with the weight of heavy metal, a collision captured on releases like the live record "Live At The Music Machine 1980" and the anthology "Protest and Survive". At this gig they draw on that back catalogue and their later work, including "Hear Nothing See Nothing Say Nothing", for a set grounded in relentless rhythm, political charge and uncompromising volume.
