The Fabulous Thunderbirds bring their fusion of blues, blues rock and electric Texas blues to Metronome in Nottingham on 3 February 2027. Led by long-time frontman Kim Wilson, the band draw on the tough Texas tradition that has shaped their sound since the 1970s. With Wilson also billed in his own right, this show highlights his central role in the group’s gritty harmonica and vocal attack. Expect a set built around their trademark mix of raw blues grooves and driving rock rhythms, tailored to Metronome’s modern live room and focused squarely on their amplified Texas style.
