Tortured Demon

Tortured Demon are a thrashcore metal band originating from Oldham, UK, and have rapidly established themselves as fierce innovators in the British metal underground since their inception in 2018. Their sound boldly fuses the relentless aggression and technical prowess of classic thrash with the weight of modern metalcore, capturing the essence of both genres. Tortured Demon’s independently released debut, In Desperation’s Grip (2021), and the follow-up album Rise Of The Lifeless (2023), mark significant creative milestones, signalling the band’s ambition and growth.

Having built their reputation through early tours with genre stalwarts such as Evile and Xentrix, and an impactful appearance at Bloodstock Festival, Tortured Demon have earned the respect of the live music community. Recently, they headlined The Key Club in Leeds in May 2025, leading a bill with support from Invulgar, Mist, and Struck Nerve. Their energetic performances continue to garner praise for their raw intensity and commanding stage presence.

With a string of headlining tour dates set for October 2026, including appearances at Manchester Academy 3, The Joiners in Southampton, Downstairs at The Dome in London, and Audio in Glasgow, Tortured Demon cement their status as a compelling force on the live circuit. Fans and newcomers alike are encouraged to follow Tortured Demon and keep an eye on their tour dates for the latest gigs and new releases as the band forges ahead.
