The Skints
The Skints are a London-based group renowned for their dynamic blend of dub, reggae, and punk rock. Formed in 2005, they have become a leading name in the UK’s reggae punk scene, celebrated for their inventive sound and energetic live performances. Their distinctive approach deftly bridges traditional roots influences with raw punk energy, creating a vibrant fusion that resonates strongly with audiences who appreciate genre-defying music.
The band's recent discography highlights their creative momentum, with singles such as "Don't Speak" released in October 2023 and the innovative "Oh My Love (Bob Vylan Remix)" from 2020. Their acclaimed live album "Live at Electric Brixton" further testifies to their formidable reputation on stage. Notably, The Skints have recently headlined shows at iconic venues including Boilerroom in Guildford in May 2026 and The Garage in London in November 2025, where they were joined by support act Hollie Cook. Their tour dates consistently draw dedicated crowds, eager to experience the group’s signature live music energy.
The Skints continue to build on their impressive legacy, with headlining concerts scheduled at venues such as Chalk in Brighton, Anarchy Brew Co in Newcastle upon Tyne, and Gorilla in Manchester throughout October 2026.
