Thee Manatees

Thee Manatees are a Cardiff-based group whose adventurous blend of americana and blues has steadily earned them a distinct reputation in the UK live music scene. Since forming in 2012, the band has consistently showcased their unique sonic palette, weaving together garage-driven riffs and noir-inflected songwriting, as epitomised on standout tracks like "Alabama Chrome," "Cuckoo," and "Fine White Fingers". Their eponymous debut album, released in November 2020 and recorded at King's Road Studios in Cardiff, displays a bold approach to roots-inspired rock, while their earlier works, including the single "Slow Grind Fever" and the "EP01" release, remain firm favourites amongst discerning listeners.
