Their fourth studio album, "Almost Exactly...", released in January 2024, marks a significant moment in their discography. Produced by Marco Cinelli and acclaimed New York City drummer and producer Rich Pagano, this album was recorded at Applehead Recording Studio in Woodstock, NY. It showcases The Cinelli Brothers’ evolving style, effortlessly melding blues, roots rock, and soul across groove-driven and songwriter-focused tracks. Songs such as "Ain't Blue But I Sigh," "Lucky Star," and "Fool's Paradise" exemplify their diverse musical influences and commitment to their craft.
In November 2025, The Cinelli Brothers headlined a series of notable gigs at respected venues including The Hope & Ruin in Brighton, 1865 in Southampton, and Esquires in Bedford.
