PUNCHBAG bring a fresh perspective to the British indie pop and indie rock scenes, carving out a distinct identity with their angular songcraft and infectious energy. The group’s recent output includes a string of singles such as "What's In My Bag," "I Am Obsessed," and "I Love This!", as well as the EP "I’m Not Your Punchbag," all demonstrating a deft touch for both melodic hooks and idiosyncratic lyricism.

In the live music landscape, PUNCHBAG have performed at highly-regarded events across the UK. At CEREMONY 5.5 in January 2026 at Esquires in Bedford, they were billed in support of a diverse lineup headlined by MAN/WOMAN/CHAINSAW, further deepening their connection to the thriving grassroots circuit. November 2025 saw them as part of Live at Leeds in the City, supporting a bill led by Jalen Ngonda, aligning themselves with a wide spectrum of boundary-pushing artists.

Looking ahead, PUNCHBAG are set to bring their dynamic live show to Victorious Festival in Southsea in August 2026 as a support act on a bill headlined by KASABIAN, as well as appearing at The Folklore Rooms in Brighton in May 2026, supporting ATTICOMATIC at the Best Is West event.
