New York Brass Band

New York Brass Band, hailing from North Yorkshire, have carved a vibrant niche in the UK live music scene as the country’s top New Orleans-style brass act. Since their formation in 2010, this roaming ensemble has delivered high-octane performances across a range of settings, from grand festivals to intimate private events, always infusing their shows with infectious party energy. In August 2026, New York Brass Band headlined an energetic night at York Barbican, sharing the bill with Hyde Family Jam, and previously led the charge at Matt and Phreds in Manchester during December 2025’s BRASS BATTLE, topping a bill that featured Heavy Beat Brass Band. Their reputation for spectacular live gigs is matched by an extensive history of performing for household brands and at major events, cementing their place as a go-to act for anyone seeking high-energy, brass-driven entertainment.
