Los Angeles Instrumental Trio
LA LOM, short for The Los Angeles League of Musicians, is a dynamic instrumental trio originating from Los Angeles. Comprised of guitarist Zac Sokolow, bassist Jake Faulkner, and percussionist Nicholas Baker, the group is celebrated for fusing a range of genres, most notably cumbia and Peruvian chicha. Since forming in 2019, LA LOM has earned attention for their inventive blend of styles and captivating instrumental arrangements, first honing their sound at the legendary Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.
Continuing to build their reputation through compelling live music experiences, LA LOM brought their exhilarating show to the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds in February 2026, headlining the evening and sharing their unique sonic identity with a discerning UK crowd. Their concert appearances are marked by energy and musicianship, reflecting a commitment to delivering truly memorable gigs.
