HENGE are a British collective who have forged a reputation as purveyors of psychedelic funk, space rock, acid rock, electro, experimental rock, and neo-psychedelia. Formed in Manchester in 2015, the group have continually delighted adventurous listeners with their boundary-blurring soundscapes, earning critical attention for their cosmic aesthetic and inventive live performances. Their discography includes such boundary-pushing records as “Alpha Test 4” and the imaginative concept album “Journey to Voltus B,” alongside a stream of innovative singles and remix releases such as “Ascending/Slingshot Remixes.”

Renowned for their exhilarating concerts, HENGE have been an exciting presence on the UK live music circuit. In late 2025, they joined forces with Gong for the “Sounds of the Cosmos” tour, supporting the legendary psychedelic act at celebrated venues including Colchester Arts Centre, Trinity Centre in Bristol, and The 1865 in Southampton. HENGE have also continued to headline their own shows, recently performing at The Piper in St Leonards, The Booking Hall in Dover, and are set to bring their singular energy to venues such as the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds, Village Underground in London, and Saint Luke's in Glasgow between 2026 and 2027.
