Do Nothing

Emerging from Nottingham, Do Nothing have become a compelling force in the UK’s indie rock and post-punk revival scene. Their inventive songwriting and distinctive sound have been consistently showcased through a string of acclaimed releases, including their 2023 album "Snake Sideways" and recent singles such as "Amoeba" and "Moving Target". October 2024 will see the release of the new single "Summer of Hate", further cementing their reputation for crafting compelling tracks with sharp lyrical wit and restless energy.

Do Nothing's profile on the live circuit has grown impressively, with notable appearances supporting leading acts. In August 2026, the band played The Trades Club in Hebden Bridge as a support act for FEET at Footfest, bringing their signature urgency to an enthusiastic festival audience. July 2026 also saw them support Everything Everything at Tramshed, Cardiff, and appear under Darles Chickens (aka Declan McKenna) at The Bodega in Nottingham. Their own headline show at The Forum in August 2024 highlights their increasing draw as live performers.

With the highly anticipated album "Friend World" releasing in November 2026, and fresh material like the singles "Stars" and "Act Natural" already making waves, Do Nothing have firmly established themselves as one of indie UK's most exciting live music prospects. Be sure to follow Do Nothing and stay updated on tour dates, new releases, and forthcoming gigs.
