Piece

Berlin-based group Piece carve out a distinctive niche in the doom metal and broader metal scene, blending thundering riffs with a raw, uncompromising sound. Originating from Germany’s capital, Piece have steadily built a catalogue that exemplifies the intensity and depth the genre demands. Their discography includes the formidable full-length albums "Ancient Greed" (2023) and the forthcoming "Rambler’s Axe," set for release in September 2025, each showcasing a mastery of heavy atmospherics and powerful songwriting.

Piece’s recordings traverse a range of heavy music influences, evidenced by standout tracks such as "Bastard Sword," "Blood Eagle," and "Serpentfolk Tyel." Their early EPs paved the way for a signature sound marked by weight and subtle complexity, while their recent works position them as torchbearers for modern doom metal originating from Berlin. Their dynamic live performances have caught the attention of major acts within the scene, earning them coveted support slots at select concerts.

In February 2027, Piece will join the stage at THE ACADEMY in Dublin as a support act for the legendary Napalm Death, further highlighting their status within the live music circuit.
