Space stand as one of the United Kingdom's most distinctive alternative dance and indie rock groups, active since 1992. Their genre-blending sound has made a lasting impact on the British music scene, known for its engaging rhythms and inventive lyrics. Space’s longevity is matched by a forward-thinking approach, particularly evident in albums like "Music for Pleasure Music for Pain," released in October 2021, which showcases their continued evolution within alternative music.

Recent months have seen Space championing live music across the UK, headlining venues including The Old Woollen in Leeds, Chinnerys in Southend-on-Sea, and the celebrated O2 Academy2 Islington for the T.Rextasy 49th Commemorative Anniversary Concert. Their performances offer fans a vital connection to their extensive catalogue, which includes acclaimed recordings such as "Attack of the Mutant 50ft Kebab" and "Give Me Your Future." Each concert is a testament to Space’s ability to captivate audiences with both classic anthems and recent material.

With a busy schedule of concerts and tour dates stretching into late 2026—including headline shows at The 1865 in Southampton and The Tunnels in Aberdeen—Space continue to be a dynamic force on stage. For those passionate about alternative dance and indie rock, following Space and keeping an eye on their touring calendar is essential to experiencing the full breadth of their live shows and new musical directions.
