Soaked are a high-octane indie punk and rock trio from Southend-on-Sea, distinguished by their unfiltered sound and dynamic stage presence. Since their formation in 2022, the band—comprising frontman Brandon Frisby, bassist Ronnie Cochrane, and drummer Alex Newman—has carved a distinct path through the UK underground music scene, fusing raw punk energy with anthemic indie hooks and a gritty rock ‘n’ roll spirit. Their compositions, characterised by brutally honest lyrics and a fiercely DIY visual aesthetic, tackle themes of youth disillusionment, social commentary, and the pressures of modern life, all delivered with candour, wit, and unrelenting passion.

Soaked’s commitment to their craft is evident in their recent singles, from the incisive “Take Away” and “Thank You” to the forthcoming “Talk About It,” set for release in March 2025. Their music draws on influences such as The Jam and Nirvana, and channels the chaos and vibrancy of Essex life. Soaked have become known for their electrifying live music performances, having previously hit the road with The Libertines and Skegss, the latter taking them on an extensive UK and European tour that solidified their presence among new and devoted fans alike.
